Join us at Backroads Brews + Shoes on April 19th for a laid-back candle-making experience designed to slow things down, share a drink, and ease into the rhythm of spring.
This thoughtfully curated class is limited to just 12 guests, creating an easygoing and personal setting where creativity and conversation flow naturally. Guided step-by-step, you’ll craft your own candle in one of our original vessels, complete with a custom label designed by you. For those wanting something a little more timeless, you can upgrade to one of our vintage chalice vessels, each uniquely sourced, adding character and old-world charm to your finished piece.
Backroads welcomes outside food, so guests are invited to order from their favourite local spots and have it delivered to the brewery for the class. You’re also welcome to bring your own snacks to enjoy during the experience. Each participant will receive one complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage at the start of the class, with additional craft beverages available for purchase throughout the afternoon.
No prior experience is needed, just an appreciation for good company, relaxed spaces, and taking time to create something by hand.

Each experience is thoughtfully curated in collaboration with our partners, and pricing reflects the unique setting, menus, and overall value of each class. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to create memorable, high-quality events across a variety of inspiring spaces.
All tickets purchased are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, you may be eligible to receive store credit for the full value of your ticket, which can be used toward any future event or purchase with us.
Store credit requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event. No credit will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
