Welcome to our secluded cliffside retreat overlooking the shores of Lake Erie, just east of Port Stanley, a place designed for slowing down, reconnecting, and experiencing something truly unforgettable.
Perched nearly 120 feet above the water, our space offers breathtaking lake views, glowing sunsets, Full Moon risings, settings and an atmosphere rooted in nature, fire, and meaningful connection.
Your evening begins with a guided arrival through the property, including a brief tour of our beachfront RV and an opportunity to refresh and settle in before ascending to the cliffside experience. This intentional pause offers one final grounding moment at lake level before making your way upward toward the panoramic views above.
Upon arrival at the cliff, you'll be welcomed with complimentary champagne and guided toward our candlelit tablescape nestled along the edge of the shoreline. For those open to it, blindfolds are highly encouraged during the sensory introduction, though never required, allowing the sounds of the waves, the scent of fresh herbs and firewood, and the feeling of complete presence to unfold before the view is revealed.
As the evening settles in, guests participating in the workshop experience will create their own vintage hand-poured candle using beautifully sourced chalices, botanical elements, and custom fragrance blends while dinner is thoughtfully prepared over the open fire.
Guests are invited to bring drinks, beverages and raw ingredients of their choosing, whether marinated meats, steak, chicken, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, artisan bread, or favourite accompaniments, which will be transformed fireside alongside fresh herbs gathered from the garden. Surrounded by candlelight, crackling firewood, and the sound of the lake below, the experience is designed to feel slow, grounding, and unforgettable.
As the sun disappears beyond the horizon, you'll gather around the fire to enjoy our complimentary signature fire-cooked donuts for dessert, prepared fresh over the flames and served as the perfect ending to an evening rooted in craftsmanship, nature, and connection.

September 23 — Autumnal Equinox
Astronomical fall officially begins on September 23.
The Sun crosses the celestial equator, giving us approximately equal day and night. It also marks the transition toward longer, darker evenings — perfect timing for your more atmospheric fall experiences.
September's Full Moon
September's full moon is traditionally associated with the Harvest Moon, although the exact naming depends on its relationship to the autumnal equinox.
This would be an especially fitting date for something like your Fireside Supper / candle experience — harvest foods, herbs, fire and moonlight.
October 8–9 — Draconid Meteor Shower
The Draconids peak around October 8–9.
What's interesting about this shower is that unlike many meteor showers, they're best viewed in the evening, rather than at 2–4 AM. They originate from debris left by Comet 21P/Giacobini-Zinner.
October Full Moon — Hunter's Moon
October's full moon is traditionally known as the Hunter's Moon.
This one has a particularly strong autumnal feel and would pair beautifully with a harvest-themed event.
October 21–22 — Orionid Meteor Shower
This is the one I'd circle on your calendar.
The Orionids are produced by debris from Halley's Comet and can produce around 10–20 meteors per hour under good conditions.
The best viewing is generally after midnight into the early morning, although you can start seeing activity earlier.
